留学生签证和居留事务办理流程

Regulations on Visa / Residence Permit

一、留学生所需材料如下

Documentation you need to prepare as follows:

1、本人有效护照及签证的原件和复印件；

Valid passport and visa

2、注明学习期限的我校公函和《录取通知书》；

Nanjing Tech admission letter

3、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW201 表或JW202 表）原件；

Forms of JW201 or JW202

4、南京出入境现场填写《外国人签证、居留许可申请表》，粘贴近期两寸正面免冠白底彩色照片1张；

Application form of foreign resident permit and one passport photo

5、临时住宿登记证明（详见下一章节）；

Temporary accommodation registration

6、南京市检验检疫局出具的健康证明;

Physical examination results

7、学院出具办理签证证件的申请函（海外教育学院章）

Visa extension letter issued by the College of Overseas Education

携带以上材料至南京市出入境管理处办理签证以及外国人居留许可。
