On September 11th, College of Overseas Education held a medical insurance lecture in the classroom of Houxue 200 for the overseas students of 2017. Ms.Wang Biyun, the manager of Chinese Ping An Insurance Company, was invited to hold this lecture. The teachers and all the overseas students of 2017 attended this lecture.

Ms. Wang's lecture spread from the medical insurance of overseas students. In a combination of pictures and cases, an explanation of the types, the scope of the compensation, the process and the notes of insurance to the overseas students in China were given in detail. Ms.Wang introduced the types of insurance to the students, which left the students an intuitive understanding of the insurance. At the same time, the Chinese and English version of the insurance brochures were given to the students at present for their further study in the future. In the free question session, the students raised their hands to ask questions actively and Ms. Wang gave detailed answers to them. The atmosphere was warm and the applause continued.

The lecture on medical insurance was vivid and impressive, which increased insurance knowledge for overseas students, and enhanced the attention on their own health.
